Ubs Banker Mom – Nashville police served a warrant on Edward Brennan, 27, last week, according to the department’s website.
Last month, he was caught on camera lunging at Johnny Martinez, who was inspecting permits on automobiles outside Brennan’s building.
Martinez was arrested after Edward’s mother Bitsy phoned the police, but she left before they arrived.
She has been ‘terminated’ from her position as a wealth management associate at UBS.
Martinez set up a GoFundMe account and raised $1,400 out of a $10,000 fundraising goal.
They attempted to physically assault the parking attendant at their Nashville apartment complex and called the police, which resulted in a video that has since gone viral. A white man has been charged with assault, and his mother has been fired from her high-paying banking position, after the incident was captured on camera.
After reportedly taking a punch at Johnny Martinez, who was checking cars for parking permits at the residential parking garage on November 27, Edward Brennan, 27, was served with an arrest warrant last week, according to authorities.
‘This is a very safe facility,’ remarked Edward Brennan’s mother, Bitsy Brennan.
‘How do you think I got into this place?’ Is it true that I followed you into this room?’ Martinez inquires before Edward lunges at him, knocking his camera to the ground for a brief moment.
Bitsy, who was recently listed as a wealth management associate at a UBS subsidiary, is ‘no longer employed at the firm,’ according to a spokeswoman for the Swiss financial services giant, who spoke to DailyMail.com on Tuesday about the situation.
It was only hours later that the body of a woman who had been missing for a week was discovered by Florida police, hours after her boyfriend was arrested on suspicion of her murder. Colin Knapp, 30, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder in the death of Kathlyn Moore, 34, who had been dating Colin for a short period of time.
Moore’s remains were discovered in a wooded area near Carmel Drive, around 50 yards away from Knapp’s residence, on Tuesday. Knapp appeared in court the same day.
‘I can confirm that she has passed away today. ‘We were able to positively identify her body based on the tattoos she had,’ police stated during a press conference held on Tuesday.
According to police, Knapp has been unhelpful throughout the inquiry. They were last spotted together on November 28 when they were bickering at bars before coming to his residence.
Knapp has a long history of criminal activity. He has been charged with violence, possession of marijuana, amphetamines, cocaine, and resisting arrest, among other offences, as well as resisting arrest.
When a Long Island server was videotaped addressing a customer who she alleged was leering at minor girls and using homophobic slurs, she was lauded as a hero by the community. A waitress at the Massapequa Diner, Sondra Albert, called out an alleged pervert who had given out his phone number to young females and went on a homophobic diatribe, according to the newspaper.
A waitress approached the man at around 11 p.m. on Saturday and told him: ‘Honestly, nobody wants to wait on you, and we’re asking very nicely, so please just leave.’
